GE Healthcare has introduced its next generation HiPrep 16/10 columns.
The new column hardware gives the same high performance, reproducibility and ease-of-use, while using less plastic.
HiPrep 16/10 columns are available pre-packed, with a range of chromatography media covering applications for ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic interaction and affinity chromatography (for example purifying GST- and histidine-tagged proteins).
These pre-packed columns are ideal for use in laboratory scale up, directly from HiTrap and HiScreen columns.
Refinement of the column hardware and packaging in which the columns are shipped has resulted in a reduction in the amount of materials required, adding to the reduced environmental impact of this product.
