Barber Insys has announced the Chino TP-L low-cost thermopile thermal imaging detector, to detect the presence of persons with swine influenza.
It is a practical method of deploying an over-temperature system to measure the body temperature of persons entering a building or border control point.
Up to four detectors can be connected on a LAN.
The TP-L system comes with PC software for image visualisation and alarm setting functions.
