Registration is now open for the eighth annual symposium on the applications of scanning probe microscopy (SPM), which will take place on 14-15 October 2009 in Berlin.
The event, to be run by JPK, will take place alongside the second annual symposium on optical tweezers and will focus on applications developments in life sciences.
JPK expects more than 100 scientists from around the world to come to Berlin to discuss their results and share scientific knowledge.
This year's speakers come from Europe and the USA and will present on a variety of topics.
The meetings will feature a poster session where delegates are invited to showcase their work to their peers.
The session offers research students the opportunity to present posters and has traditionally attracted a high standard of work.
Demand for places is expected to be high so delegates are advised to register on line as soon as possible.
