It is based on the Thermo Scientific Exactive benchtop LC/MS (liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry) platform.
It incorporates the ultrahigh resolution LC/MS capabilities of the company's Orbitrap technology.
This new solution improves ease of use and increases sample throughput, while providing high-confidence results.
It includes the Thermo Scientific Transcend TLX UHPLC-based multiplexing system with Turboflow technology for online sample extraction.
It integrates Thermo Scientific ToxID software and reagents.
Thermo Fisher recently displayed the solution at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) 2009 exhibition, held in Chicago from 21 - 23 July.
