Labcell has introduced an Aqualink Report Generator (RG) software utility for use with the Decagon Devices Aqualab Series 4 range of water-activity meters.
As well as providing a PC link, the RG software adds reporting capability.
The software also aids compliance with the requirements of the FDA's 21 CFR Part 11 for those in the pharmaceutical industry.
Users can choose whether to connect a PC running Aqualink Report Generator directly to the Aqualab during testing - which enables real-time visualisation of the data - or the PC can be connected after the tests to download the stored data.
The software is capable of working with data sets from a number of different Aqualab instruments.
As well as handling data for water activity (ERH), temperature and time, the Aqualink Report Generator enables users to add sample names, tags and comments.
Reports can be generated for individual tests or for data collated from multiple tests and such reports can be output as secure PDF files or in spreadsheet-compatible formats.
The software will be of interest to users of Aqualab Series 4 water-activity meters in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and detergents industries, for quality assurance, research and development purposes.
