Mixing ratios are 2:1 for 3H and 1:1 for 14C.
The 2:1 ratio saves money on the cocktail itself, and on the volume of radioactive liquid waste to be disposed of.
In-Flow 2:1 also has positive implications health and safety: it is nearly odourless and has a low toxicity.
