Syrris will launch its Asia range of modular flow-chemistry systems in the US at Scientific Update OPRD, Florida, from 28 February to 2 March 2011.
The European launch will subsequently occur at the 1st International Conference of the Flow Chemistry Society in Munich, Germany, on 28-29 March 2011.
The Asia portfolio is scalable and modular, making it suitable for any flow-chemistry requirements.
Maxime Drobot, Asia product manager, will be presenting at the Scientific Update ORPD short course, 'Are you going with the flow' on 1 March.
This course will act as an introduction to flow chemistry with examples of various reactions that have been run under continuous flow conditions.
The Asia systems incorporate maximum chemical resistance with wide temperature (-15 to 250C) and pressure (0-20 bar) ranges.
With fast reaction times and microgram-to-kilogram scalability, its design enables manual or automated operation with optional PC control.
The Asia range consists of three different series, each with three pre-configured systems providing varying levels of functionality.
The Asia 1-series are a manually operated, cost-effective choice.
The Asia 2-series systems can automatically perform one experiment at a time, with automated parameters such as reaction temperature, pressure and collection timings.
Fully automated for process optimisation, the Asia 3-series is suitable for performing synthesis, work-up and analysis of hundreds of experiments.
