Aura Scientific is offering the Halo range of UV-Vis spectrophotometers from Precisa Gravimetrics for teaching and research applications.
The Halo instruments are part of the Dynamica range, which already includes ratio-beam, split-beam and double-beam instruments.
The RB-10 and DB-20 models feature both standalone and PC control options to offer greater control to users, with on-board and USB memory storage with the standalone unit.
The DB-30 instrument provides true double-beam optics with a photomultiplier tube (PMT) detector for more sensitive analyses and, with the Win Detective software, enables the detailed analysis and reporting of generated data.
According to Aura, the Halo spectrophotometers will provide many years of use in the laboratory environment.
The range features a number of additional accessories, including Peltier temperature-controlled cell changers, sippers, long-path-length cell holders and film holders.
