The Extrel MAXCS-50 series is designed for high sensitivity gas analysis of low molecular weight species.
The system is made up of a quadrupole mass filter, featuring a machined 19mm quadrupole rod set, stabilising rods and a CS series RF generator which can deliver transmission, resolution and abundance sensitivity characteristics at low masses.
The MAXCS-50 is available as a UHV compatible bolt-on probe or with application matched pressure reduction stages that are capable of addressing a variety of surface analysis studies.
