Laboratory equipment firm Stuart has enhanced its Tube Roller range to include features for sample mixing, incorporating detachable roller tubes and removable side panels.
The latest developments are now available on all of Stuart’s digital and analogue Tube Rollers, bringing greater application versatility as well as peace of mind to lab scientists in education, life science and healthcare.
Stuart’s detachable roller tubes have a customisable roller best that can accommodate larger vessels as and when required.
The motor-driven rollers can be easily removed or inserted to accommodate different sized sample tubes and media bottles. This feature also enables easier cleaning.
Removable side panels have been added as an optional new safety feature to ensure that sample tubes are mixed evenly and are kept securely on the instrument during mixing.
The Tube Rollers are suitable for mixing blood samples, viscous substances and liquid-solid suspensions of varying volumes.
The detachable roller tubes and removable side panels are available on the Stuart SRT6, SRT9, SRT6D and SRT9D Tube Rollers and they come with BioCote antimicrobial protection, which is standard for all Stuart products.
