Vector can be used to silence target genes by RNA interference, eliminating the need to synthesise RNA oligonucleotides for RNAi experiments and reducing costs
The new pSilencer 1.0-U6 siRNA expression vector can be used to silence target genes by RNA interference.
This vector eliminates the need to synthesise RNA oligonucleotides for RNAi experiments, reducing costs.
The pSilencer 1.0-U6 Vector expresses siRNA within mammalian cells using a U6 RNA polymerase III promoter. Cells can be co-transfected with a selectable marker-containing plasmid, which leads to stable expression of siRNA.
