The Dispermat CL 54 is a low priced, explosion proof laboratory dissolver that is Atex approved.
It has a 230V/50Hz 0.5kWmotor and infinitely adjustable speed from 0-15,000 RPM.
The dispersion impellers are easily interchanged and enable the machine to disperse samples as small as 100ml.
The compact ventilated explosion-roof motor also houses the power electronics.
The on/off switch as well as the controller for the speed adjustment is also located at the motor.
The selected motor speed can be read directly from the scale.
The height adjustment of the motor is made using a counter weight within the polished hard chromed stand column.
The Dispermat CL 54 is fitted with a complete safety device comprising a height adjustable stainless steel telescopic shaft protection pipe, a height adjustable central container clamping system,and EEx d II C T6 safety limit switches that automatically switch off the motor if the dispersion vessel is not firmly clamped,or if the dissolver disc is lifted out of the dispersion container.
