A new range of PTFE tubing is now available from FTL Seals Technology for medical equipment including endoscopes, vacuum pumps, pipettes, catheters and cannulas.
A new range of PTFE tubing is now available from FTL Seals Technology Ltd which is used extensively in medical equipment including endoscopes, vacuum pumps, pipettes, catheters and cannulas, in sizes as small as 0.3mm inner diameter with a 0.8mm outer diameter.
To complement the range of tubing, there exists also a range of PTFE bellows.
PTFE is outstanding among fluoro-plastics for its exceptional chemical, thermal and dielectric properties.
It is these properties wihich make PTFE ideal for a wide range of tasks in medical applications.
PTFE is almost universally resistant to chemicals and in virgin form can withstand temperatures of between -260C and +300C.
As a result of its physiological neutrality and biocompatibiity several grades of Virgin PTFE have gained FDA approval and GLP certification. Product Overview...
