Series of electrodes for applications such as freshwater and seawater aquariums, processing of drinking and bathing water, fisheries and hatcheries
Jumo Instrument has developed a new series of electrodes for applications such as freshwater and seawater aquariums, processing of drinking and bathing water, fisheries and hatcheries, and for use with portable measuring equipment.
The electrodes feature a robust, acid- and alkali-resistant plastic stem made from polypropylene oxide (PPO).
The polyolefine diaphragm is insensitive to the medium, and the proven Jumo-gel guarantees fast, stable measurements.
The electrodes can be used over a temperature range from 0 to 80C, and are pressure-resistant up to 6bar.
The membrane glass that is used enables continuous measurement throughout the range pH0 to 12 and short-term measurement up to pH14.
The tough platinum tip of the redox combination electrode can be used for measurements over the range +/-2000 mV.
Both types of electrode (pH and redox versions) can be supplied, according to the application, with a smooth N cap connection (S7), an N screw-cap connection Pg13.5 (S8) or as a fixed-cable version with a pre-assembled instrument connector to DIN 19 262 or a BNC connector.
The versions with a BNC connector can, for example, be directly connected to swimming pool and aquarium computers from various manufacturers.
For order volumes above 25 items, these electrodes can be delivered as OEM versions bearing a company logo.
