Huygens Essential software package is tailored to undertake deconvolution of microscopic images - removing the 'fuzziness' of a digital image using a complex series of algorithms.
Based on cross-platform technology, Huygens Essential uses a wizard-driven user interface to guide operators through the deconvolution process.
A wide variety of images from 2D widefield (WF) to 4D multi-channel two-photon confocal images can be processed.
A dual 4D slicer tool compares raw and deconvolved data or results from different runs.
By generating a geometric object from a volume image, SVI's ImarisSurpass creates an expanded range of data-rich imaging options.
A customisable 3D calibration grid can be displayed for visual reference and selected regions of an image can be hidden to reveal objects inside.
