A heat sterilising incubator which ensures constant contamination control and provides users with the flexibility of two decontamination cycles in one unit
The Nuaire-5510E AutoFlow incubator, the latest addition to the range of laboratory products offered by Triple Red, follows the Nuaire tradition of providing laboratory professionals with high levels of performance and reliability to ensure optimum growth conditions.
The 5510E offers two decontamination cycles for periodic heat sterilisation and routine cleaning and eradication of contaminating agents.
These are a 95C humidified decontamination programme with a complete cycle taking 14 hours to run and a 145C high temperature dry decontamination cycle which takes ten hours to complete a full run.
The advanced chamber design allows for shorter heat up and cool down cycles and includes other features such as; easily removable inner chamber plenum, gaskets, shelves and brackets to enable sterilisation in an autoclave.
Also, the CO2 IR sensor does not need to removed or recalibration, while the smooth, rounded corner design of the interior chamber ensures easy and effective surface decontamination.
All Nuaire incubators have large Hepa filters which continually clean and distribute air within the chamber to class 100 air quality within five minutes of door opening (equivalent to ISO Air Class 5 and one complete air change per minute).
Standard features of the NU-5510E incubator include digital infrared CO2 gas sensor, microprocessor based control, full size deep drawn water pan, four polished stainless steel shelves, replaceable fan wheel, heavy duty leg levelers, remote alarm contacts, replaceable Hepa filter, and tempered inner glass door.
A wide range of optional features and accessories are also available including automatic internal tank switch, RS-232 communication output, additional shelves, external CO2, tank alarm, external tank switch and surge protector.
