Operated either by mains or battery, the PDR-150 has built-in audio alarms that provide 24-hour protection in the event of an increase in local gamma radiation.
The unit is built on traditional lines with an analogue display that belies the modern, sophisticated circuitry that ensures accurate and linear measurement up to 1microSievert/hour.
With an energy response down to 20Kev this monitor will find many applications in industry, medicine, and research.
