At the heart of the device lies Vapourtec’s Variable Bed Flow Reactor (VBFR), which enhances reaction cycles while cutting down solvent and reagent consumption. This leads to high-yield, high-purity peptides at lower operating costs with reduced waste.
Developed in collaboration with peptide chemists, Peptide-Builder is the most space-efficient high-throughput system available, capable of producing more peptides per lab area than competitors. Supporting scales from 0.05 to 1 mmol, it works seamlessly with standard resins and offers flexible synthesis of both linear and branched peptides.
