Extech Instruments, a supplier of test and measurement equipment for the industrial marketplace, offers the new MO100, a moisture meter providing fast, accurate measurement of the moisture content of wood and other building materials.
The MO100 is Extech's pocket-size meter with adjustable, multi-position pins.
Ideal for use on a range of materials, including wood, wall board and plaster, the MO100 can measure the moisture content in approximately 200 varieties of wood and five building material groups.
The meter features a uniquely convenient dual LCD that simultaneously displays moisture content (0-100) and air temperature (0-50C).
The MO100 is described as easy to operate, with a selectable side switch, data hold to freeze readings on the display and calibration adjustment for increased repeatability.
Safety storage of replaceable pins is also provided.
The MO100 comes complete with two AAA batteries, ten spare pins, and pouch case.
