Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) has announced the launch of DsiRNA, its screening dicer-substrate siRNA duplex product.
IDT said DsiRNA is ideal for small-scale in vitro applications and provides researchers with a cost-effective and quick solution for RNAi experiments.
All duplexes are QC analysed by ESI mass spectrometry to verify compound identity.
Produced on IDT's proprietary high-throughput synthesis platform, the manufacturing process includes Affinity purification and has been designed to provide a high quality product at a low cost.
Available in either tubes or plates, IDT offers two or 10 nanomole scale yields.
