GotoyourFC and RemoteMC enable fast, reliable and secure data communication over 3G and GPRS networks.
The tools also allow the user to have access to the entire laboratory infrastructure through site-based touch-pad panels or an internet-based secure access application.
RemoteMC is said to offer easy and cost-efficient online support for laboratory installations by a dedicated Waldner service engineer, available immediately.
The engineers can simply log on to the user's fume cupboards remotely to carry out regular checks or provide online support for air-handling equipment without the need for cost-intensive callouts and the associated lead times for site visits.
The other option is to connect the user to the technology behind the everyday operation of a laboratory.
GotoyourFC provides users, managers and facility staff with a server-based online platform to actively monitor and control multi-day experiments conducted in fume cupboards.
Both technologies are based on a 3G or GPRS data network without the need for costly implementation into the company's or university's core IT network.
