The Agilent LC-ICP-MS connection kit contains all the necessary fittings, tubing, and cables for complete synchronisation of the LC with the ICP-MS.
The LC-ICP-MS interface is applicable wherever the accurate measurement of different forms, species, oxidation states, or biomolecules associated with trace metals is required.
This fully automated LC-ICP-MS interface and optional Plasma Chrom real-time chromatographic data analysis software was developed in response to the demand for routine, overnight speciation analysis in the environmental, clinical, bio/pharmaceutical research, and quality control areas.
Of particular interest is the ability of the LC-ICP-MS system to measure isotopic composition so that isotope ratio measurements, isotope dilution analysis, isotopic spike recovery, and tracer studies can be carried out.
