Barnant, manufacturer of the Masterflex peristaltic tubing pump system, introduces a dual-headed version of its popular Easy-Load pumphead
The Dual-Head Easy-Load peristaltic pumphead from Barnant has a simple lever release, allowings users to change two tubing lines without disassembling the pumphead, in less than 30 seconds.
Each pumphead accepts two tubing lines of 13, 14, 16 or 25 sizes, for dispensing precise doses from 0.06 to 1.7ml per revolution.
With the standard 600rpm motor drive, this arrangement allows up to 1000ml/min flow rate per channel, 2000ml/min total.
The Easy-Load pumphead features a simple overthrow lever, which sets and releases the correct retention force onto the tubings.
A PPS housing encases a stainless steel rotor and four-roller assembly, which provides improved pressure performance and reduced flow pulsation.
As with all Barnant tubing pumps, the conducted medium touches only the tubing, not any pump parts.
Each roller is constructed with two ABEC-1 bearings for long use life.
The unit has a total shipping weight of 1.2 kg and carries a two year warranty.
