Dionex has released a new line of silica-based HPLC columns, the Dionex Acclaim 120 reversed-phase columns.
The Acclaim 120 line is comprised of four highly characterised 120 Å C18 and C8 phases featuring very high surface coverage and notably low metal content.
The C18 phase exhibits low polarity, high hydrophobicity and good steric selectivity.
All phases are LC/MS compatible with ultra low background and optimal capacity for use with high organic solvent mobile phases.
Dionex designed the Acclaim 120 columns to meet the demands of scientists who require outstanding peak symmetry and high resolution, and for low bleed LC/MS applications.
These new HPLC columns provide efficient, symmetrical peaks for a wide range of compounds including acidic and basic analytes.
Acclaim 120 columns are now available in two particle sizes and two different chemistries, with 28 configurations available at the time of launch.
