Dionex introduces new versions of its four-channel Summit UV-vis detector and its photodiode array detector, featuring ethernet and USB for easy PC connectivity
Dionex has introduced new versions of its four-channel UV-vis detector, the UVD 170U, and its photodiode array detector, the UVD 340U.
These detectors feature USB or ethernet communication and are easy to connect to modern PCs.
Three additional USB ports allow other USB devices to be connected directly to the detector. Two digital inputs/outputs facilitate relay control of fraction collectors or column switching valves.
Earlier generation UVD 170S and UVD 340S detectors can be upgraded.
The four-channel UV-vis detector UVD 170U uses a photodiode array optical bench. It provides the same high sensitivity for single- and multi-wavelength detection, with low noise levels normally only achieved by single wavelength detectors.
The UVD 3400 provides reliable analyte identification and exact trace compound quantification.
It offers high sensitivity and high spectral resolution simultaneously.
Superior optical design yields excellent spectrum matches when comparing spectra at disparate concentrations.
Convenient yet powerful software support with Chromeleon chromatography management system make the instruments easy to operate and compliant with GLP, GMP and 21 CFR Part 11. Peak identification via spectra library screening and 3D data analysis for peak purity evaluation is considerably faster with the proven Chromeleon software algorithms than with conventional photodiode array software.
A range of optional optical cells for low dispersion or semi-preparative applications are available.
