June workshops in testing software series of UK nationwide workshops in June on the application of materials testing software will include discussion of implications of 21 CFR Part 11.
To promote the benefits of materials testing control, Ametek Lloyd Instruments is running a series of UK nationwide workshops in June on the application of its successful Nexygen MT software. Benefitting industries and education, Nexygen MT expects to be the first materials testing software to gain FDA approval for strict auditing in medical applications.
This topic will also be covered.
The workshops will focus on the set-up, operation and application of Nexygen MT application software, Ondio builder software, and the Batch Tester utility for quick start operations.
New customers will get a basic introduction on the benefits of using a software based materials testing system. Topics will cover simple data exporting techniques, getting the most out of graphical features, seamless integration with Microsoft programs, and basic SPC functionality.
Experienced users will learn more advanced techniques such as data networking, multi tasking and the novel VBScripting language for setting up complex test routings like multi-stage testing, cycling testing, load hold stage testing and user defined results calculations.
Significant for medical and pharmaceutical industries, the next version of Nexygen MT will offer full traceability of test operations and data to comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
The software automatically generates an audit trail of any changes, making it easy to track the history of product testing protocols.
The workshop is free of charge.
Company experts will give short presentations and delegates will get the chance to put the software through its paces using the company's latest testing equipment.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their own test samples on the day and will receive a workbook and certificate of completion.
The workshops will run in Newcastle (17 June), Rugby (18 June), Cardiff (19 June), Uxbridge (20 June), and at Lloyd Instruments head office in Fareham, Hampshire (21 June).
