Isolute flash chromatography columns allow swift and effective method development from TLC to flash chromatography.
Sorbent masses range from 2g to 100g, allowing purification of 100mg to 5g of sample.
Normal (silica and NH2), reverse and ion exchange phase columns are available.
These columns are compatible with vacuum manifolds such as the FlashVac and VacMaster and can also be processed on automated flash chromatography systems such as IST's Flash Modules, and the FlashMaster system from Jones Chromatography.
