A range of high-speed, micro-dispense valves for applications which require small, yet highly reliable and repeatable dispense volumes, such as high-speed ink jet printing and micro-biological dispensing, is the latest addition to the Lee Products range of components.
The Lee VHS series of micro-dispense valves offer a range of benefits including, axial flow, small valve size and mass (0.22" diameter, 0.2 grams) and very high speed operation - 1,200 Hz (0.25ms response time).
The small size of these valves allows placement directly over individual well centres of standard 96 well micro-titer plates.
The valves also provide long-life, in excess of 200,000,000 cycles, depending on the application.
They also benefit from low power consumption (500mW maximum).
VHS valves are offered in several porting configurations, including 062 Minstac ported models which enable simple, compact, leak-proof connections to.062 Minstac nozzles. When coupled with 062 Minstac nozzles, VHS valves offer a broad range of micro-dispense options from a single valve.
Wetted materials include stainless steel, Peek, PPS and EPDM, ensuring a high level of chemical resistance and a wide range of fluid compatibility.
