First product in new line of red laser diodes provides high output power of up to 35W (max) in the 635nm wavelength band
Sanyo's latest red laser diode, the DL-LS1035, provides 30mW, (35mW max), of visible output power in the 635nm wavelength band.
The DL-LS1035 is the first in a new line-up of Sanyo laser diodes that will eventually provide high output power and increased operating temperature.
The DL-LS1035 has an operating current, (IOP), of 90mA, threshold current, (ITH), of 50mA, operating voltage, (Vop), of 2.4V and monitor current, (Im), of 0.3mA.
