Guidelines covering the use of Hart and Profibus on the same installation, and describing test criteria for compliancy of master and slave devices in isochronous mode
Profibus International has announced the completion of two new guidelines.
One covers the use of Hart and Profibus devices in the same installation, and the other describes the test criteria for ensuring compliancy of Profibus DP-V2 master and slave devices in isochronous mode.
The documents are: Application guideline - Profile for Hart on Profibus, version 1.0, order No 2.312 - price £36 to members or £72 to non-members of the Profibus group.
Test specification for Profibus DP-V2 Master and Slave Devices (isochronous mode) (draft), version 1.0, Order No 2.322 - Price £18 to members or £36 to non-members of the Profibus group.
