Direct replacement for HP5890 gas chromatography autoinjector offers five times better precision and very low carryover
Shimadzu Scientific Instruments has announced that its AOC-20 autoinjector is now available as a direct replacement for the HP5890's autoinjector.
The AOC-20 offers precision better than 0.3%, up to five times that of the original autoinjector, and carryover is less than 0.005%.
Single or dual tower modes are available.
Together with the Horizon Instrument's Diplomat interface, the Shimadzu AOC-20 autoinjector is optionally controlled by native software.
This offers a seamless solution to handle six or 12 samples and up to 150 sample sets.
The AOC-20 is capable of liquid, ambient headspace, on-column, PTV/LVI injection modes.
