Combining microprocessor control with a high quality phosphorus pentoxide electrolytic sensor to provide accurate and dependable measurement of absolute moisture content
The new series 500 moisture analysers from Systech Instruments combine microprocessor control with a high quality phosphorus pentoxide electrolytic sensor to provide accurate and dependable measurement of absolute moisture content of all types of non-corrosive process gases in ppm(v) or dew point, C or F.
With autoranging from 0.01 to 1000ppm, remote sensors, fault alarms, an auto calibration option and RS232/485 data interface, the series 500 is versatile and simple to install and operate. Sensors can be mounted inside the analyser case or remotely and a wide range of types is available to meet the needs of most applications.
The general purpose phosphorus pentoxide sensor for remote installation, supplied with flow valves and wall mounting bracket, can be mounted up to 100m from the analyser and connected using a simple coaxial cable.
A thermal mass flow controller can be fitted to the internal sensor model to automatically maintain the correct flow rate for maximum accuracy.
This option also provides flow alarms to ensure that the instrument and flow system are always in the correct configuration.
For complete security, an autocalibrate check option allows the analyser to be connected to a supply of certified gas and programmed to check calibration automatically at regular intervals.
If the calibration moves outside preset limits, a warning is displayed and a fault alarm sounded.
Three versions of the model 500 are available; panel or bench mount, Nema 4X/IP66 water and weatherproof, and 19 inch rack mount.
The 19 inch rack version can be combined with a Systech oxygen analyser in a standard 19 inch cabinet to create a dual gas unit.
