Precision ruling glass slides have resolutions up to 600 line pairs per millimetre for the evaluation of resolution, field distortion, and parfocal stability
Edmund Optics says it precision Ronchi ruling glass slides are excellent for evaluating resolution, field distortion, and parfocal stability, especially of microscopes.
They are also useful for reticle and field calibration.
Many different resolutions are available from 5-600lp/mm (line pairs per mm).
The rulings are deposited on either soda lime glass or fused silica and are available with or without fluorescent backing.
Edmund Optics designs and manufactures multi-element lenses, lens coatings, imaging systems, and opto-mechanical equipment.
