By exceeding the performance of all commercially available IR radiometric cameras, this novel system sets another new standard for the whole industry.
Built into a rugged, compact and durable magnalium casing, based around a high performance uncooled array and integrating multiple technologies never before used in thermal imaging systems, the ThermoPro TP8 is another ingenious solution providing answers for professional Thermographers.
The latest generation high-performance 388x284 pixel IR detector enables the capture of extraordinarily high resolution, high sensitivity and high accuracy noise-free 16-bit thermal images.
Incorporated alongside is a full-colour 1280x1024 visible camera so that operators can simply locate the scene to be inspected, snap the shutter and then have both high-resolution thermal and visual images taken and saved together in a single file with one name.
The integrated laser locator helps operators accurately associate a hot spot shown in thermal images with the real physical target.
A high thermal sensitivity of 0.06C and high temperature measurement accuracy of +/-1C or +/-1% enables operators to pinpoint the smallest temperature difference quickly and easily.
Built-in multiple measurement modes allow simultaneous eight-spot and eight-area analysis, line profile and isotherm analysis.
A high-capacity SD memory card lays the foundation for real-time image recording.
The recording captures dynamic radiometric sequences of targets at different frame rates.
Sequences, as well as images that are stored in Jpeg file format, can be played back on the camera or transferred via the built-in USB2.0 interface to a PC for further analysis.
A suite of Windows- based software is available for the PC offering an extensive range of temperature measuring, image processing and report generating functions allowing the automation of reporting and archiving of infrared and visual images, videos and voice annotation.
Two high-performance viewing options are available with the ThermoPro TP8: a built-in colour 640x480 OLED viewfinder and a detachable colour 640x480 LCD (TFT) screen.
Combined with these two options a high-resolution VGA/Pal/NTSC output mode also enables video imagery to be captured on external storage systems.
For maximum data flexibility a 30-second duration digital clip (voice annotation) can be stored with each image.
This is captured via a wireless Bluetooth headset thereby eliminating all cable connections.
For even greater flexibility it is also possible to control the camera via the built-in voice control algorithms.
