Calibration Dynamics reports, after some absence, the presence of Scanivalve at this year's Farnborough Air Show where much of the company's product range will be on display
Scanivalve, pioneer of scanning pressure measurement, will be showing its range of miniature sensing arrays for use in 'in-model' aerodynamics testing along with the flagship digital sensor array for use in gas turbine evaluation and test.
The DSA3200 series product offers simultaneous multi-channel pressure measurement up to 100bar (1500psi) up to 500Hz per channel and communicates via ethernet for high speed high integrity measurement and data transfer.
Accuracy is 0.05% and ranges, for pneumatic or hydraulic applications, can be specified according to application.
High speed data acquisition is therefore available in a cost effective package that is IP addressable, while all readings are temperature compensated.
Scanivalve's new DTS3250 thermocouple scanner will also be on show this year enabling cost efficient high accuracy temperature measurement and data transfer to be effected via ethernet while cost efficient standard 'packed' sizes are available in 16, 32 or 64 channel configuration, while specially engineered configurations are available to order.
A wide range of thermocouple inputs are available including types E,J,K,N,R,S,T, and B while accuracy is as good as 0.25C dependent on thermocouple type.
Data transfer is effected in a choice of engineering units and close-coupled digital cold junction compensation ensures high accuracy is maintained.
