Bruker BioSpin announced the TCI-HPC CryoProbe (triple inverse hydrogen carbon phosphorus) at Drug Discovery Technology 2004
The new CryoProbe delivers a combination of recent Bruker BioSpin advances, including enhanced carbon sensitivity by means of a cold carbon preamplifier, in addition to proton-carbon-phosphorus measurement capabilities.
Available for Bruker BioSpin Avance 500 and 600MHz NMR systems, the TCI-HPC is ideal for a range of nucleic acid studies, including direct carbon observation and advanced proton-phosphorus correlation experiments.
"This new probe delivers a four-fold increase in carbon sensitivity which enables new structure elucidation experiments for DNA and RNA analysis," commented Werner Maas, vice president of research and development at Bruker BioSpin.
"We are continually working with the research community and tailoring new CryoProbe designs to meet their evolving needs".
Bruker BioSpin is the pioneer in cryogenically cooled NMR probe technology, which improves the sensitivity of NMR spectrometers by 300 to 400%.
The company has delivered more than 300 CryoProbes since they were first introduced in 1999.
