The company's newest product, the Torque Right fitting, will join its full line of flared tubing assemblies and probes at booth 3D29-14.
The patent-pending Torque Right single use fittings eliminate inconsistent tightening, assuring the torque required for a proper seal.
This unique design provides a visual indication when the fitting is seated with the right amount of torque, allowing installation without tools, torque specification, or guesswork.
When paired with Diba's flared tubing assemblies, Torque Right fittings produce a consistent fluid path and internal tubing diameter in any type of fluid line, eliminating leaks, dead volumes and carryover problems.
Using a proprietary thermal forming technique, Diba flares the end of its tubing assemblies, backing it with a washer and threaded bottom seal fitting to create a leak tight seal.
Thermoformed flared tubing assemblies are also available.
Shaped with turns and bends to fit unique equipment designs, the tubing prevents kinking and blockage.
Diba also offers a complete line of aspirate/dispense, piercing, level sensing, vented, fluoropolymer coated and fluoropolymer lined reagent and sample transfer probes.
Flared tubing assembly and probe materials and configurations are custom fit to any instrument manufacturer's specification.
