Based on positive pressure elutions, the GX-274 Aspec uses an innovative sealing cap technology, where each cartridge is sealed, run, and monitored individually.
The two 406 dual syringe pumps allow the user to transfer liquids, process up to four samples in parallel, and to monitor each fluid path individually with pressure sensing.
The GX-274 Aspec's four probe Z-arm increases throughput and efficiency, while on-bed reservoirs allow access to up to four solvents without utilizing a position on the tray.
Transfer ports allow access to two additional large volume solvent reservoirs without taking up any on-bed rack positions and this capacity can be extended with the use of a Valvemate II valve actuator.
The GX-274 Aspec's modular design allows the use of Code 20, Code 200, and Code 300 series racks and is controlled with Gilson's Trilution LH software.
