CSMA is holding a surface analysis workshop at its Stoke-on-Trent headquarters on 28 February 2007.
The day will include brief presentations on XPS, ToFSims, 3DP and Dsims depth profiling as well as industrial case studies highlighting the benefits of surface analysis.
Laboratory demonstrations will be run in the afternoon and there will also be an opportunity to bring a sample for one-to-one discussions with a member of the scientific team.
