The HT400E system is able to sequentially process up to 29 SPE Cartridges.
It offers multiple options for cartridge conditioning, sample loading, washing, drying and elution followed by Injection onto the HPLC system.
The zero dead volume plunger and solvent delivery mechanism ensure a high degree of extraction reproducibility.
The HT400E can easily accommodate complex extractions that require further sample treatment such as derivatisation.
The intuitive control software allows easy set up of the sample processing sequence and multiple methods can be stored and modified as required.
The flexible nature of the software means that any existing manual SPE methods can be automated with ease.
The HT400E can be used as a stand alone SPE autosampler or by changing the carousel it can be used as a 110 position HPLC autosampler.
