With chemically inert flow paths, the system ensures that precious sample is not denatured or degraded by reacting with flow path components during analysis.
Now, chromatographers can run precise, fast gradient separations with the shortest possible cycle time in single-pump or dual-pump configurations - without sample interacting with flow path components.
The UltiMate 3000 Titanium system features a titanium fluidics pump, a Peek fluidics autosampler and switching valves, and Peek flow cells.
It ensures full compatibility with all biological buffers and labile compounds and aids longevity of the system - particularly with use of harsh salts and pH solutions.
System biocompatibility protects protein integrity and post-translational modifications during separations.
