Using unique plumbing configurations and automated valve operations, the system automatically concentrates samples and performs calibrations.
Once the calibration has been established, the system then processes samples using the AS-HV, a large volume autosampler, injecting samples up to 250ml in volume.
The primary goal of AutoPrep is to eliminate the need for manual sample preparation and standard dilutions, thus preventing errors and streamlining labor associated with these tasks.
The AutoPrep system uses the Automation Manager (AM) of the ICS-3000 ion chromatography system to control sample and standard preparation.
The system is available as an upgrade kit for ICS-3000 systems that already contain an AM module, or packaged with and preplumbed into an AM module for users without an installed AM.
