The software performs accurate allele calling even with highly multiplexed samples and automatically pinpoints the origins of genotyping failure.
It can deal with up to 200,000 genotypes in 24 hours and so is ideal for laboratories running many instruments at full capacity.
GeneMapper software is easy-to-use, with interactive tools for generating and editing ABI Prism linkage mapping sets or customised markers.
Electropherogram traces are displayed in colour with multiplexed marker and bin overlays.
Size and allele calling are controlled by a simple mouse click and a novel SNP panel manager allows you to view and edit multiplex traces and bins.
Data sharing between local GeneMapper databases is an innovative feature that eliminates the need for client-server infrastructure and associated IT support costs.
GeneMapper software is compatible with the ABI Prism 310, 377, 3100, and 3700 genetic analysers.
It is also fully compatible with ABI Prism linkage mapping sets, Snapshot multiplex kits, and associated GeneScan size standards.
