Range of sample preparation products expanded with robust blender promising easy and safe operation
Don Whitley Scientific has now added the Easymix blender from AES Laboratoire to its range of sample preparation products.
Said to combine superior blending with a fast mix speed, the new product is used in food, clinical, and research applications to ensure excellent homogenisation and distribution of bacteria.
Featuring a digital control panel, the robust Easymix is said to be easy and safe to use.
A programmable timer sets the duration of the cycle - ten seconds to three minutes or continuous mode - and closing the door starts the process.
As a safety device, opening the door will terminate the operation.
A wash-down keyboard, stainless steel components (including the chamber and two paddles) and an optional waste drawer, make it simple to clean and maintain.
The motor and mechanism are protected by an electronic circuit breaker which can be reset automatically. Quiet and flexible in operation, the easyMIX can accommodate homogenisation bags ranging from 80-400 ml.
