Three new camera systems for colour, monochrome, or infra red work offer improved performance
BFi Optilas introduces three new camera lines from QImaging, the Retiga EXi, Cooled Qicam monochrome and colour models, and the Qicam-IR for infrared imaging.
The Retiga EXi features improved performance over its predecessor, the Retiga EX.
It offers better signal to noise, resulting in an image output with higher dynamic range.
Increased gain and improved flatness of the field facilitates the acquisition of images in low light applications. The colour CCD version of the Retiga EXi is also now available. In addition, a non-cooled version of both the monochrome and colour Retiga EXi is now available for those who do not require long integration times.
Due to strong customer and OEM demand, cooled version of the popular Qicam camera is now available for both the monochrome and colour models.
The Qicam-IR features sensitivity up to 1000nm and a high signal gain for near real-time imaging in the IR and visible spectrum.
