The new ProteinOne RNA pol II in vitro transcription kit is a powerful tool for scientists studying all aspects of transcriptional regulation in vitro.
It contains a mix of purified recombinant and native transcription factors (B, TBP, E, F, H and pol II for the best basal transcription; B, A, IID, E, F, H, pol II, Gal4-AH and PC4 for the activated transcription) along with buffers and adenovirus major late promoter as a control DNA template.
In addition to the RNA pol II in vitro transcription kit, over 150 ProteinOne purified active proteins are also available.
These include activators, suppressors, onco-proteins and nuclear hormone receptors which are ready for use with the kit to unravel a more detailed regulation of cell growth, differentiation and cancer. These products are available from Cambridge BioScience in the UK and Ireland only.
