Now any device with a DT-Open Layers 32-bit driver is supported by the full Labtech product line, from the low-cost, lab-oriented Labtech Notebook to the high-end, factory process control-oriented Labtech Controlpro.
DT-Open Layers is a set of open software standards for Microsoft Windows that allows users to easily add support for new Data Translation hardware and devices without reprogramming.
This release of Labtech offers high-speed streaming of data directly to disk.
Benchmark tests show 100 kHz throughput for Data Translationûs USB devices with 16-bit precision.
Data Translation's DT9800 series provides 500 volt isolation to protect the USB from unwanted noise and ground spikes.
Without this isolation, the user risks program interruptions, system halts, and damage to the system.
For this reason, Data Translationûs products are optically and galvanically isolated from the USB.
