For ease of use and speed of application, StratoSpheres resins are now available pre-loaded with Boc and Fmoc amino acids for peptide synthesis applications.
Naturally occurring L-amino acids are pre-loaded onto StratoSpheres resin, including Fmoc amino acids on PL-Wang resin for peptide acids and PL-Rink resin for peptide amides requiring just TFA treatment for cleavage, plus Boc amino acids on PL-CMS resin for peptide acids and PL-MBHA rResin for peptide amides where cleavage requires HF or TFMSA.
Pre-loaded resins provide additional convenience and reduce laboratory time. The reliability and reproducibility of the underlying StratoSpheres resin ensures that the peptide will be produced in high yield and good purity.
