Polymer Laboratories (PL) will be holding Foundation and Advanced GPC/SEC training courses, on 4-5 November 2004, at its Church Stretton, Shropshire, UK manufacturing facilities
PL's training courses are designed to cover the theory and practise of GPC/SEC for the characterisation of organic and water soluble polymers by the determination of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution.
The Foundation Training Course is on 4 November and covers GPC/SEC theory, column selection, eluent selection, equipment, data handling, organic gpc and aqueous sec. The Advanced Training Course is on 5 November and covers column selection, calibration techniques, concentration detectors, elevated temperature gpc, molecular weight sensitive detectors and aqueous sec method development.
