HPLC detectors allows users to select and adjust mobile phase conditions on a sample or analyte basis, and features the lowest volume flow cell on the market to reduce band broadening
Shimadzu Scientific Instruments has introduced the CDD-10AVP as the latest addition to its full line of VP series HPLC detectors. The CDD-10AVP allows users to select and adjust mobile phase conditions on a sample or analyte basis, and features what is said to be the lowest volume flow cell on the market to reduce band broadening.
As a part of the VP series, the detector is seamlessly integrated into the system via a plug-and-play fibre optic cable, giving the user full control through the VP system controller.
The detector features built-in validation support functions for GLP/GMP compliance.
The data obtained is digitally transferred through the system controller to the data system or outputted through an analog port to any data collection device. Shimadzu's CDD-10AVP is said to be ideal for analysing organic acids and aqueous ions.
It may be used either with or without a suppressor system, and provides detection limits down to 1ppb F-.
An optional flow cell is available that allows for the simultaneous analysis of both anions and cations.
